I graduated from the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy in 2010, complimenting my Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have been engaged in psychotherapy - as a client, provider and trainee since 1998, alongside my work as a social worker within the education system. I developed a deep respect for the transformational potential of psychotherapy. I believe strongly in the unique, precious power of the therapeutic relationship. My work has been with adults, adolescents and children to move towards greater self-fulfillment, mental health and well-being.

Please join me in your therapy to be curious, vulnerable and willing to explore the way to experience greater fulfillment and overall satisfaction within your life.  I will provide a safe, private, respectful and creative therapeutic space where you can feel secure in slowly opening to the deeper meanings behind your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

“There is a crack, a crack in everything…that’s how the light gets in.”

-Leonard Cohen, “Anthem”

At age 25 I felt numb to life, I knew I needed to reach out to a therapist to explore what blocked my ability to be fully present and engaged.  This step changed my trajectory of life. I believed in the power of therapy to help unlock the potential of each of us.
